Head sommelier Yvon Lebailly is passionate about choosing and replenishing the wine list at Le Manoir du Lys. For the past 20 years, Yvon has built up a selection of more than 650 top names and 10,000 bottles through his encounters with winemakers, wine merchants and other sommeliers.
