9:30 am: Visit at the Farmer’s Market of Bagnoles de l’Orne
11 am: Cooking lesson by our Chef Franck Quinton. Autumnal recipes, inspired by mushrooms from the forest of Andaines
12:30 pm: 3-course lunch at the restaurant (Beverages included)
2:30 pm: Mushrooms picking in the Andaines forest, together with a mycologist
End of afternoon: Ranking of the different species collected around an aperitif!
